In a rut

Lately, I've been feeling...I dunno.....BLAH
My husband thinks I'm depressed, but I don't know. I just don't feel like doing any thing....and I mean ANYTHING.
I've been working, taking care of the kids and my crabs and going to bed. That's about it.
Maybe I'm just in a funk or something... UGH!
